Data Deletion Instructions

1. Open Google Account third-party access.
2. Find OUSU Global Marketing.
3. Review and remove its access.

Revocation prevents future authorized API access but does not by itself delete all records already stored by our service. Use the request process below for deletion.

• OAuth Token records.
• YouTube channel bindings.
• Platform account associations.
• Comment synchronization data and comment replies retained by the service.
• Channel and video analytics data.
• Google Ads account associations, campaign references and advertising metrics.
• Meta User Data Deletion records and related platform associations held by our service.

Data Deletion Request / 数据删除申请

Include the enterprise account name, platform account name, the data categories to delete and a contact email that can be used to confirm identity.

Do not send a password, verification code, Access Token, Refresh Token or bank-card information by email. We do not need those values to process a deletion request.

We compare the request with the enterprise and platform association on record. If necessary, we will ask the requester to confirm through the registered contact email or an authenticated enterprise administrator account. We will not ask for a password or one-time code.

After receiving a verifiable request, we begin review and process it without undue delay according to its scope, active services, backup cycles and applicable obligations. If additional identity evidence or clarification is required, we will explain that by email. We notify the verified contact email when deletion is completed.

Minimum records required by law, fraud prevention, security investigation, financial reconciliation or financial audit may be retained for the required purpose and not deleted immediately.

撤销后平台不能继续通过该授权访问 API，但不会自动删除本服务已经保存的全部记录；如需删除，请继续提交申请。

请提供企业账号名称、平台账号名称、需要删除的数据范围，以及可用于确认身份的联系邮箱。

不要通过邮件发送密码、验证码、Access Token、Refresh Token或银行卡资料。处理删除请求不需要这些信息。

我们会将申请与系统中的企业及平台关联记录核对；必要时通过登记联系邮箱或已登录的企业管理员账号完成身份核验，不会索要密码或一次性验证码。

收到可核验申请后，我们会开始审核，并依据数据范围、在用服务、备份周期及适用义务在不过度延迟的情况下处理。如需补充身份资料或明确范围，我们会通过邮件说明；删除完成后，通过已核验联系邮箱通知。

依法或因财务审计、反欺诈、安全调查、财务核对而必须保留的最少记录，可能在必要期间内不会立即删除。
